Our award-winning founders and sisters, Kamille Richardson and Lakila Bowden, founded iSee Technologies in 2019, continually growing the brand and expanding services into people development consulting & facilitation, customized to meet our clients' changing needs.
Our team is comprised of expert consultants with over 20 years of experience in providing an array of dynamic solutions in Workforce Wellness and Inclusion consulting & training facilitation, Managed IT Services, accessibility & inclusion services, organizational leadership, professional development, & culture curation for companies and government agencies across various industries.

Dr. Kamille Richardson - Founder
Kamille Richardson is an awe-inspiring motivational Speaker, Author, and company Founder.
​
Her flagship company, iSee Technologies, Inc, provides people development consulting & training facilitation with an emphasis on innovative inclusion for companies and organizations, in both industry and government.
​
She launched iSee after extensive success as an assistive technology coach, helping her Blind & Visually Impaired clients regain their independence through her unique style of training.
​
Her visionary keynote, "The Magic of Being Differently-Abled: A Reframe on Disability", keeps her regularly booked as a speaker and consultant.
Kamille is a dynamic and captivating speaker, who, being born blind, has leveraged her many talents to help illuminate the successes and challenges of the blind community.
By sharing the inspiring details of her own trials and triumphs along the road to living her best life, she is a motivating force in encouraging others to do the same.

Kamille is an alum of the 2023 class of Leadership Raleigh and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Through her dedication to developing others, Kamille was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism.
In her free time, Kamille enjoys traveling the world and spending time as an “Auntie Extraordinaire” with her new nephew in Atlanta.

Dr. Lakila Bowden MBA - Founder
Lakila Bowden proudly serves as the Chief Operating Officer of iSee Technologies and most importantly, Kamille’s sister and “Seeing Eye Person”.
Within iSee, she delivers results for clients by developing strategic partner solutions. As a former VP of Operations in Corporate America, Lakila's led divisions of over 2,000 people across multiple states and geographies, with her territories ranking #1 or #2 in performance in the nation. Having held leadership positions in Finance and Operations at several Fortune 500 companies, including GE and DaVita Healthcare Partners, she's advanced and developed the careers of over 200 leaders.
She has been featured in Authority Magazine and Black Enterprise Magazine. She also speaks regularly on "Business without Burnout". Lakila is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, completed her MBA at Emory University, and was awarded an honorary doctorate in Humanitarianism.
In addition to her passion for iSee Technologies, Lakila is an excited new mom, an extraordinary wife to an amazing husband, and an adventurous world traveler.
