Kamille Richardson - Founder

Kamille Richardson is an awe-inspiring motivational Speaker, Author, and company Founder.

Her flagship company, iSee Technologies, Inc, provides DEI consulting & training facilitation for companies and organizations who wish to be more inclusive of differently abled or disabled communities.

She launched iSee after extensive success as an assistive technology coach, helping her Blind & Visually Impaired clients regain their independence through her unique style of training.

As a subject matter expert in DEI, Kamille is regularly booked as a speaker and panelists.

Lakila Bowden MBA, PMP - Founder

Lakila Bowden proudly serves as the Chief Strategic Officer of iSee Technologies and most importantly, Kamille’s sister and “Seeing Eye Person”.

 

Prior to launching iSee Technologies, Lakila served as a Vice President of Operations for a multi-billion-dollar healthcare company and in various other executive roles with a few Fortune 500 companies before boldly retiring from Corporate America at just 37 years old.

Lakila has been featured in Authority Magazine and Black Enterprise Magazine. She also speaks regularly on a variety of topics including mindful relationship development, radical truth in communication, and intentionality as a critical component of DEI. 

 

In addition to her passion for iSee Technology, Lakila is an excited new mom, an extraordinary wife to an amazing husband, and an adventurous world traveler.
